• Beware this Boy music

We weren’t supposed to be the first band to play live at the Wychwood Brewery Tap – but bad weather at the beginning of February resulted in the postponement of the scheduled launch event – which left us the ‘honour’ on Friday night.

I hope this this little venue has many years ahead of it. Great atmosphere, fantastic, appreciative audience. Really well run by ‘Glovebox Live.’

We sat the ‘gopro’ in the corner and recorded this little film – rough and ready I know but I like to think it captures the mood.

Huge thanks to those who gave us such a warm reception, to the staff at the Wychwood Brewery Tap, and to Glovebox Live for being bold enough to launch a fantastic new venue when so many are sadly closing their doors.

Good to have got the year started. Very happy to have been invited by the Graham Steel Music Company to play at The Old Court in Windsor last Wednesday 20th February. Great location in the middle of town and it was great to the place full to standing room only too. Next up for us is the Brewery Tap Wychwood brewery in in Witney of the 1st March.

We will be playing a two-piece acoustic set for an hour. This is a brand venue – we will be the first band to play there. There are so many venues closing all over the place – the thought of being at the very start of a new music venture is very exciting. We wish them every success in the future.
